Fox-Stevens Optometrists have been serving the village community of Handforth for over 40 years. As an independent practice we have two experienced optometrists, Michael Fox and Linda Stonefield. We also have three optical assistants, Marilyn, Michelle and Maxine, who take care of all the administration side and dispensing of glasses.

We stock a range of affordable frames as well as designer ranges and our trained assistants will offer honest advice on choosing the best products for your vision, appearance and lifestyle. We regularly run special offers and all our patients are encouraged to take advantage of our loyalty scheme.
Above all we pride ourselves on our professionalism and personal service. We are always happy to “go that extra mile” for a patient, be it with a repair, sourcing frames or dealing with those little emergencies that sometimes happen.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9.15 am till 5.30 pm. Also, each month we have appointments available on Saturday morning and Tuesday evening.
Our spacious premises are easy to find on the main road through the village with FREE parking available right outside.
